A compact and versatile sharpener. It allows you to quickly restore working sharpness during work as well as to perform thorough, precise sharpening. Good build quality.
Smith's compact sharpener featuring two sharpening surfaces enables effortless sharpening of any straight-edged blade and various elements such as arrowheads.
A plate coated with monocrystalline diamond dust at a grit of Fine 750 (orange color) ensures optimal sharpening or restoring of slightly dulled tools, delivering effective results even on the hardest steel. Oval holes in the sharpening plates trap metal shavings created during sharpening, allowing the blade's edge to maintain consistent and clean contact with the diamond surface. The sharpener works either dry or with a small amount of water.
Sharpening blades constructed from carbide and featuring a "V" shape with Coarse grit provide rapid edge renewal with 3-4 forward strokes. They also perform exceptionally well for refining arrowheads or bolts.
A slightly contoured handle made from lightweight aluminum ensures a firm and comfortable grip throughout the sharpening process.
The sharpening stone comes complete with a black nylon case that is secured with Velcro fastening.
