The bivy has not been tested yet, but in terms of quality it looks great. The material, especially after being treated with a waterproof coating, is unbeatable in terms of water resistance... and most importantly for long marches, it is compact enough to fit in any pocket of the backpack!

The most compact bivvy on the market. It doesn’t take up much space in your backpack, which allows you to fit the basic overnight gear—even for winter—into a 20-liter backpack (tested in practice with a Snugpak 6 Kestrel sleeping bag with a comfort temperature of 0°C and a midi self-inflating mat from the same company). In summer, it’s enough to pair the bivvy with a blanket and it’s equally pleasant. For bug protection, a mosquito net for the head works well when worn over a cap and tightening the cord in the bivvy’s hood. After this operation, there remains a small opening through which you can breathe freely. I haven’t had a chance to test the product in rain yet, but I will definitely do it. If the waterproof declaration by the manufacturer is confirmed, I’ll use it without worrying about the weather. Regardless, entering and exiting the bivvy during rain is always problematic no matter how waterproof it is. It's impossible to avoid getting the inside of the bivvy and everything inside wet. The only way to avoid this inconvenience is to hang a poncho or tarp above the bivvy. However, as a minimalist, I prefer not to pack unnecessary things in my backpack. If I take a bivvy, I leave the poncho and tarp at home. So what about rain? How to protect the sleeping bag and mat? It comes down to finding natural or artificial shelter. This can be a tree densely covered with branches and leaves/needles, a fallen and absolutely stable (!) trunk, a fire shelter, some structure on a playground or outdoor gym, viaduct, or other similar construction. If you look carefully, you’ll always find suitable rain cover. It’s worth treating the search for such shelter as a kind of challenge. Overall, I recommend the product due to its incredibly small packed size and simple, no-frills design. For minimalists and stealth camping enthusiasts, this gear is especially worth considering.
