An electric replica of the SA-J71 assault carbine from the J CORE series, modeled on popular Kalashnikov designs. The replica is made of metal, steel and nylon fiber-reinforced polymer. The polymer parts include the body, stock, handguard with gas tube overlay, gas tube, gas elbow, pistol grip and front sight base. On the other hand, the barrel holder, slide, rear sight and front sight were made of metal. The breech chamber cover, selector wing, trigger guard, butt plate and rear sling eye are made of steel.
The replica uses the patented ESA2 tool-less quick spring change system, which allows easy adjustment of the replica's performance to match the type of gameplay. An M90 spring is included in the set, which allows to lower the factory firing rate of 380 FPS to 310 FPS, thus making the replica perfectly suited for short-range or indoor operations. The rifle has been fully adapted to work with LiPo and LiFe type batteries.
At the core of the replica is a reinforced V3 gearbox with 8 mm slide bearings, steel gears, four anti-turn pawls, a steel interrupter, a "0" type cylinder and a polycarbonate piston with a steel slat. The strength of the components allows operation with M140 springs. High accuracy and range are provided by a metal Hop-Up chamber and a 6.03 mm precision barrel. The muzzle device is mounted on a barrel ending in a 24 mm CW/14 mm CCW thread.
The carbine is equipped with an optics mount known as the "Dovetail", typical of the AK family. It allows mounting collimators and scopes dedicated to AK models. The SA-J71 model is also equipped with a stock that is folding to the side.
The replica comes with one Hi-Cap type magazine with a capacity of 430 BBs in 6 mm caliber, and the magwell spacer used makes it easy to replace it. The replica is adapted to connect a battery with a Tamiya small plug.
