I already have the Spyderco Triangle sharpener, but I needed something handy to take outdoors, so I chose the pocket version which has the same stones. The whetstone handles even the hardest steels very well, and besides, it doesn’t require much maintenance. It’s easy to clean and always stays flat.
Flat, dual-sided ceramic sharpening stone crafted from aluminum oxide, offering both lightweight construction and versatile functionality.
Features two distinct grit levels: Medium Grit 303M with a grit rating of 600 delivers swift restoration of edge sharpness for slightly blunted knives, while Fine Grit 303F with a grit rating of 1800 is ideal for edge refinement and polishing. The compact form ensures ease of transport for fieldwork or travel.
Includes a leather sheath that safeguards the sharpening stone from potential damage.
Grit types: Medium Grit, Fine Grit
Dimensions: 127 mm x 25 mm x 6.4 mm
Manufacturer: Spyderco, USA

Spyderco is an American company based in Golden, Colorado, founded in 1976 by Sal and Gail Glesser. The brand's origins are linked to the invention of the “Portable Hand,” which gave rise to the company's name, and in 1978, the innovative Tri-Angle Sharpmaker® was introduced. The breakthrough came in 1981 with the launch of the C01 Worker knife - the world's first model with a carrying clip, the distinctive Spyderhole opening, and the serrated SpyderEdge blade. Spyderco was also a pioneer in the use of new materials, being the first to introduce CPM S60V powder steel and H-1 stainless steel, designed for use in marine environments. For years, the brand has been collaborating with renowned knifemakers, including Al Mar, Ernest Emerson, and Marcin Slysz, creating unique models that have gained iconic status. The stylized spider logo symbolizes both the company's origins and Spyderco's values: precision, innovation, and high performance.

Although it's not clear from the product name, this is the Double Stuff from Spyderco. A small, handy stone with two grits, plus a fragrant leather case on which you can polish the blade after sharpening. Well worth its price, truly phenomenal, just right for both your pocket and stationary sharpening.
