Since I'm not super fond of warmth, I bought this jacket as an alternative to a ski jacket. However, it turned out to be heavier and thicker. Of course, there is a detachable lining which reduces this a bit. This is my first M65, so I assume you'll either love it or hate it. I bought it on sale for 150 PLN and I think at this price it's a great deal. It's kind of raw. It has its flaws but it can’t really be compared to other brands. For this price, I think it's worth trying, even just to see for yourself.

Surplus M65 Classic Jacket with Detachable Liner - Desert Light
Year-round military jacket in Desert Light camouflage with a detachable liner, modeled after the popular M65 design used by the American army since the Vietnam War. The M65 jacket has been featured multiple times in films and TV series, worn by characters played by actors such as: Sylvester Stallone in "Rambo", Robert De Niro in "Taxi Driver" or Bronisław Cieślak in "07 zgłoś się".
durable material, detachable liner with warm lining
It is made from a durable polyester and cotton blend. The inner side is equipped with a detachable liner made and filled with synthetic fabric. Thanks to the liner, the jacket is suitable for wearing year-round.
Zipper with strip, drawstring at the waist, integrated hood
The M65 model is closed with a zipper, which can be further covered with a strip fastened with snaps, ensuring better heat retention and protection against wind penetration. The strip also prevents the zipper from getting stuck. The jacket features a hood hidden in the collar, 4 pockets (two on the chest and two at the waist), and epaulettes on the shoulders. Additional protection against cold is provided by cuffs adjustable with velcro and drawstrings at the waist and bottom of the jacket.
Four practical pockets
The model is equipped with four spacious pockets (two on the chest and two at the waist). All pockets are fastened with durable snaps, allowing for convenient storage of essential items.

This jacket is wonderful! Not only did I get the size perfectly right, but its appearance also amazed me. Very nice and solid workmanship, great look, perfect color, and a very good price! Brilliant jacket! I recommend it!

An excellent coat for hiking and everyday use, as stated in the description – the removable lining worked well even in colder weather. I am very satisfied with the coat; it offers great protection against the wind and rain. It fits nicely, and a big advantage is the number and arrangement of the pockets – they are very practical and all functional. I recommend that others purchase it as well – great value.

Great quality for the price. The jacket is comfortable and very warm. When it was a few degrees below zero, I walked around just in a T-shirt and still felt warm. I'm not entirely happy with the collar fastened with Velcro, but if you wear, for example, a keffiyeh, there's no point in fastening it.

The jacket is good value for the price, the stated measurements are accurate, but I’d add that the sleeves are long. As for the material, I recommend impregnating it. When it comes to the lining, it suits me because it’s warm, but of course, that depends on each person individually.

The jacket is great, well made, and feels solid. Even though it’s a basic model with a 'light' lining, it’s really warm. With the winters we have now, it’s more than enough. I agree with the previous review that it collects dirt. The material is strong, a bit rough, which is the reason. Dirt shows more on black. Note, the jacket has very long sleeves, even after folding the special ends. If someone has a stocky build, after ordering their usual size, they might be surprised. It may be worth checking out in a local store? Overall, I recommend the jacket, but pay attention to the points above. As for the store, I RECOMMEND it, especially for the fast service. They are GREAT.

The jacket is nice and well made. The sizes match the chart. The lining is very warm. It protects well against rain and wind. The only downside – dirt shows up a lot on the jacket.

Quite a good jacket for this price. The quality is at the level of Brandit. Pretty good stitching. Big plus for the removable lining. For temperatures below zero, it will be a bit too weak.

A very good jacket for a reasonable price, which was...is and surely will always be in the M65 version a product (so-called object of desire) for everyone who has an interest in military style, which they want to emphasize with their clothing. If I were to rate the practical features of this jacket, I would give it the HIGHEST mark!!!
