Greatly made sieve. It's a bit difficult to use in sand by hand without a 'stick.' However, I think that in water, with waders or rubber boots, it's the best you can get. I recommend it for water and underwater explorers.
A scoop designed to sift soil and sand from marine environments as well as riverbanks, lakeshores, and oceanfronts. Especially effective when paired with metal detecting devices, it significantly reduces search time and effort. The Scoopal Scoop is constructed from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel. The sieve employs hexagonal holes with a 0.7 cm diagonal for efficient sifting. Features include a mounting hole for a long handle, with a short handle provided in the set.

The durability, appearance, functionality, and craftsmanship of the sieve are definite positives. However, its weight (over 1.5 kg) might be too much for many to handle with one hand, so you'll really need to get a lightweight handle, or just pull the sieve behind you.

A solid and well-made product, I gave my previous plastic sieve to a friend.

The workmanship and fit are definitely a plus, and it seems very durable. After attaching a long handle, you can easily scoop up wet sand just like with a spade.
