The knife pleasantly surprised me. It fits well in the hand, is sharp right out of the box, and performs well for small tasks outdoors as well as for everyday use. Nicely made, nothing rattles or creaks. For this price, it’s really a decent piece of equipment.
Fixed-blade knife featuring a Full Tang construction, meaning the tang extends the full length of the handle for increased strength. Outfitted with a Tanto blade crafted from premium tool steel D2, recognized for its excellent edge retention and wear resistance.
The blade is heat-treated to 61-62 HRC, honed with a flat grind (Flat), and finished with a Black-Ti titanium nitride coating, which enhances durability, extends blade life, and provides superior scratch resistance.
The handle utilizes a G10 laminate, engineered to withstand moisture and temperature fluctuations. The textured surface guarantees a reliable and secure hold under any circumstances. A double-sided cross guard adds an extra layer of hand protection and stability while working.
Additional functionality comes from a lanyard hole, ideal for threading a cord or attaching the knife to gear such as a backpack or tactical vest.
The set comes with a rugged Kydex sheath, equipped with slots tailored for securing a clip compatible with the MOLLE/PALS standard, allowing the sheath to be mounted on belts or tactical equipment.

Great knife, stays sharp for a long time, comfortable in hand. The blade is solid and you can really feel that it's not a light little knife. It's nice to feel the weight. I keep it in my backpack and it's always useful, I recommend it to anyone who likes to have something handy.

Solid, precise, and careful workmanship. Sharpened and finished excellently. The fit with the sheath is fine. I highly recommend it to everyone, I really like it.

The first test right after returning from the store and the 440C steel of my machete turned out to be much harder and more durable. There are deep dents on the spine of the knife, but almost no trace on the machete. So is it really D2? Maybe in the Chinese version it's a different steel? I'm terribly disappointed :-(

American design, Japanese classic, Chinese production, what could come out of that...? We got a knife... an "atomic bomb." Perfected in every detail. The D2 blade is polished to a shine, it cuts with a touch. The handle is serrated at four critical areas, giving a very secure grip. Apparently in the Takumi model the serrations are too sharp, but not here. The sheath mounting system will "please" everyone. And a Polish accent in this international knife... great summer price from Militaria.pl
