I confirm that the sizing runs very small. I am 177cm tall, weigh about 85kg, and have a chest circumference of around 110cm (with an average/slim build). Taking other reviews into account, I bought size XL "just in case" – but it turned out to be a bit too tight; chest and length were fine, but it was pinching at the shoulders and underarms. After exchanging for XXL, it's good – the fleece feels fitted but comfortable. Besides that, it's quite warm and soft. The side pockets have a slightly odd design, as they go upward inside instead of downward.

I usually wear size XL, but here I took two sizes bigger and the sweatshirt was still just barely fitting. I didn't feel comfortable in it, so I had to return it. The zipper was on the opposite side of the sweatshirt compared to all the others; habits are hard to break, maybe I'd get used to it over time. But oh well.

For fleece to fulfill its function, it must fit closely to the body. Thinness is an advantage. Two thin ones are better than one thick one. I relied on the description and the fleece fits my torso quite tightly. Even too tightly. I would buy another, and probably will, in a larger size. The reversed zipper and the patch on the right side are surprising (normally they are sewn on the back and/or left side). Apparently, it can also serve as a liner, maybe then everything will be OK. Very elastic, women can confidently buy it. I recommend it.

Kind of okay, but not completely. I don’t know what the manufacturer intended. To attach the fleece to the Conger jacket, you need to turn it inside out. So the pockets are inside the jacket, and the fleece is reversed. I’m not sure if this is right—the soft side of the fleece, which should be next to the body, is against the jacket, and the outer side is against your body, so what about insulation? Very small for a size L (granted, it’s designed for a size L jacket), quite tight under the arms. It’s not particularly thick on its own. After attaching it to the jacket, the set doesn’t seem very warm either. I definitely wouldn’t say this turns the jacket into something for severe frosts—I don’t think so. Jacket and fleece both in black color. Overall, it’s okay.

As for the size, I agree with previous reviews, you should take one size larger. The sweatshirt itself is very nice. Pleasant to the touch and, although it seems thin, it is relatively warm. I would describe the cut as slim, as it fits the body, but it is not tight or skin-tight.

Big plus from me. Very warm fleece. You can feel its thermal properties quickly. My suggestion is regarding the sizing. I think it's a bit too small. I usually wear M and wanted to wear the fleece underneath so it's perfect. However, if I wanted to wear it as an outer layer, it would be tough. I’d go for L.

Hello! I bought the Conger fleece especially for the TEXAR CONGER jacket. I wear 4XL, both the jacket and the fleece were bought to match as a permanent 4XL lining. I am 188 cm tall, weigh 98 kg, my chest is 116 cm and this fleece is just right for me, only it tends to stretch a little, but not too much. If you want to wear the Texar Conger jacket with the Conger fleece attached over a thicker fleece of about 250 g/m² or more, it might feel a bit tight. So I would recommend something with lower weight! When it gets chilly, I have a fleece /Gray-black/ from a famous Scandinavian workwear store and such a set with Conger is ok! Or you can wear it over a Norwegian wool sweater and put the Conger set (jacket plus fleece) on top—then it's perfect, meaning comfortable and warm! This fleece is one of the thinner ones but I bought it exclusively for the Conger jacket as a lining so that the jacket's membrane wouldn't pill quickly from constant wearing and removing! I'm satisfied, but the sizing is a bit odd. It's a pity there isn't a 5XL in this sort! However, the product does its job and I'm waiting to test it somewhere at -20°C or lower, but I mainly bought it with Scandinavian weather in mind—when it's raining or always drizzling. I tested the jacket and fleece in heavy rain and nothing got through them—it stayed dry! The store as always is great and delivery is lightning fast. I recommend! I gave 4 stars for the strange sizing.

I bought the sweatshirt a few months after buying the jacket—it fits very well. Both to the jacket and to me. High fabric quality, effective attachment to the jacket. Attention! The lining attaches 'inside out'—this is how the zippers are sewn and you get access to the pockets in this configuration. Very good set for all seasons.

Warm, not too thick. I mainly use it at work so it’s used intensively, but it handles it. It could be a little longer but overall the rating is very good. This is already my second purchase of this product.

I bought my first Conger fleece in 2021. The next one I bought recently, so I can compare them. The product quality was and is very good. The new fleece has an improved inner side—it feels nicer to the touch. There is also a serious difference, which I consider a downside: the sizing. The old L was larger and more spacious. The current one is like a slightly enlarged M. I should have exchanged the product for a bigger size, but believing that L Texar is L Texar, I had already removed the tag, so tough luck. I’m disappointed with the sizing. The product is worth recommending, but watch out for the size!!

The fleece is warm and quite comfortable, but the sizing is a bit off and you really need to choose a size larger than you would expect. My only comment about the product itself is the rather specific cut, which makes the start of the sleeves a bit too narrow compared to other dimensions, but that might just be because of my body shape.

Fleece of very good quality (this is the second one I’ve bought). Due to its weight, it’s good to wear under a jacket, and despite being thick, it is relatively warm. I’ve used it in various weather conditions and it never let me down. Another advantage is its small size when packed.

Comfortable and fitted fleece sweatshirt. It can be used alone as an outer garment or attached to a dedicated jacket as a winter lining. It's worth trying it on before purchase to choose the right size.

I give 5 stars out of 5. This is already my second sweatshirt, because it fits very well under a jacket. I still have and use both. It slims and fits the body. The pockets are large, it’s easy to store and take out an android. Light, elastic material resistant to creasing—which the manufacturer didn’t mention but should have. If there are any creases, they straighten out very quickly. Highly recommended.

The quality of workmanship satisfies all criteria: *Design; *Hardware; *Material. I took the sweatshirt for the ECWCS Texar Conger - Arid MC Camo (L) jacket - the sweatshirt is the right size. But the armpits are too tight (( I recommend choosing more carefully!
