The total thickness of the belt, including the inner belt, is enormous and when adding more accessories, the weight is overwhelming. The only advantage is the price.

I've had this belt for two years now, my hips hurt as it's too hard if I have too much gear on it, the velcro holds fairly well, but I suggest spending more money for something better quality.
