Great product! It's a pity that I've avoided such things in training for so long. Regular push-ups challenge me again, and there are lots of exercises and benefits. It's suitable both for beginners (e.g. helping my boys learn pull-ups on the bar) and for advanced users. A huge advantage is the increased resistance at the end of the movement. The promotional price is very attractive.
