Well sized for everyday carry. The lock, smooth mechanism, and decent steel. If you like the design and Polish designer, I recommend trying this knife.
Trollsky Knives Mandu EVO by Michał Sielicki Grey Stonewashed 14C28N/Brown Micarta Folding Knife
A multipurpose folding knife engineered by renowned Polish knife designer Michał Trollsky. Representing the third and concluding iteration, the EVO version preserves the compact dimensions introduced in the original model, while integrating a Liner Lock and deep carry clip from the second version—enhancements that elevate practicality and ease of everyday carry.
Polish project
Trollsky, also known as Michał Sielicki, stands among the most renowned Polish knife makers with global acclaim. Renowned for handcrafting every piece, he is dedicated to working with 80CRV2 steel and reclaimed materials. Each creation features his iconic chili pepper emblem, marking both his custom knives and those developed in collaboration with Bestech Knives.
Drop Point blade, Steel 14C28N, Jimping
Equipped with a Drop Point blade profile, this knife features a blade crafted from 14C28N stainless steel, known for its excellent edge retention, superior corrosion resistance, and ease of sharpening. The blade is heat-treated to a 59-60 HRC hardness and sports a rugged stonewashed finish, which helps reduce reflective glare and conceals any scratches or wear marks from use. Enhanced control during cutting is provided by jimping (textured notches) located on the spine of the blade, where the thumb naturally rests.
flipper, Liner Lock
Deployment of the knife utilizes a flipper, which, once engaged, shields the user's hand from sliding onto the edge. Integration of a ceramic ball bearing ensures both ease of opening and exceptionally smooth blade action. The robust Liner Lock mechanism firmly holds the blade in place when open, allowing for seamless function and comfortable one-handed use.
Contoured Micarta handle, steel clip
Constructed from lightweight yet robust brown Micarta, the handle scales offer excellent resistance to moisture, fluctuations in temperature, and physical impact. The handle features an ergonomic design along with a non-slip texture to ensure a firm and secure grip during use. For easy and discreet transport, a steel, spring-loaded deep carry clip in the tip-up orientation is provided.

I had other options, but when I went to the store and could compare them all, this knife definitely wins. It was noticeably heavier than the others, which makes you feel the sturdiness and that good, well-fitted materials were used.
-
I've been using it for some time now and I'm satisfied. The craftsmanship is flawless, everything fits together nicely. Very sharp straight out of the box. I recommend trying it.

Trollsky and I don't think anything more needs to be said. A class of its own. The knife is elegant, superbly made, and razor-sharp. Perfect for so-called EDC, meaning carrying in your pocket every day.

Looks good in black. Interesting design, very practical despite its unusual appearance. Stainless steel is convenient for everyday use, you don't have to worry about rusting.

Good design and great materials. Very smooth mechanics and a handle that fills the hand and is comfortable. Positive impressions after the first fitting, we'll see how it performs with longer use.
