Super knife, another one of Victorinox's kitchen knives from the 'Pikutek' family. It's probably the closest to the classic serrated Pikutek when it comes to those with a smooth blade. The blade is 8 cm, a bit shorter than the Pikutek (which is about 11 cm). That's optimal for peeling, because it's very sharp, so 8 cm is enough and it's safer.

Victorinox is synonymous with quality and good price. For this money, you get a very good product that you can rely on and it should last a long time. There shouldn't be any problem with sharpening either.
