Victorinox always means top quality; I've had a smaller pocket knife (Victorinox Camper) for over 25 years (!) and even though I carry it every day in my pocket without a case, it works like the day I bought it. The Rangertip 79 Delamont is longer, so it's more "for special tasks" in the field—the quality is the same: the saw can cut large and hard branches, and the knife is sharp and opens easily with one hand. I especially recommend this model because it has all the most necessary tools (including a corkscrew ;), but it's not excessively "overloaded," so it's handy. Sits well in the hand. Absolutely worth its price!

The Victorinox Rangergrip 79 Delamont knife is, in my opinion, one of the most practical knives in the Victorinox range. Large, fits very well in the hand, and extremely easy to operate one-handed. I can wholeheartedly recommend it—I always keep it at hand.

Pocket knife purchased for 300 PLN. It is quite large for this type of equipment. Fits well in the hand, among other things due to the ergonomic handle overlays. The blade is very sharp (too bad the information about the steel used is well hidden, supposedly the hardness of this alloy is about 54 HRC, which I think is optimal for outdoors work). The wood saw does its job perfectly. Another big advantage is the tweezers and toothpick, which are hidden in the handle. The pocket knife has everything necessary. I am very satisfied.

Fits well in the hand, one-handed opening and unlocking of the main blade are great, and the mini screwdriver in the corkscrew is a perfect complement to this knife. A great knife for daily use.
-
Swiss quality, you can feel it as soon as you take the knife in hand! And the saw is second to none! This is another knife bought because of it specifically. A successful purchase, though not cheap, but you get what you pay for—recommended.
-
Its only drawback is that the blade lock is flush with the scales—it's very inconvenient for me, as to unlock it, you have to use your fingernail. In other models I have, the release is raised above, making it easy to unlock the blade with one hand.

Brilliant big pocket knife. Truly decent-sized knife, with plenty of very useful everyday tools. Highly recommend to everyone, it's definitely worth it.
-
Super large pocket knife, very pleasant to open and close. The longest Victorinox model, but it's really great. It works for me for hunting, fishing, mushroom picking, and basically for everyday use.
-
Victorinox, what more can I add. A solid tool, I think it'll last many years.
-
Workmanship quality is outstanding, but that's nothing new for Victorinox. I had doubts about being able to actually open the blade with one hand, but it is definitely possible and doesn't require much force. Don't expect the thumb opening to be as easy as a good "folder," though. The whole thing gives a lot of possibilities, and the blade length is really enough for many activities, whether camping or just daily use. I recommend it.

Super, sharp, and contains all the essentials.
-
Great pocket knife, extensive and well made.
-
Excellent pocket knife. Meets all requirements. Perfectly made. I recommend it to everyone.
-
A solid piece of pocket knife, especially for forest trips. I also have the 78 version with Phillips. In both, the star of the show is the fantastic wood saw. Longer than Leathermans and with awesome bite. All the tools lock very solidly. The knife holds an edge very well.

A great big pocket knife for bushcraft! Highly recommended!
