    The first impression was average, the handle seemed a bit cheap and plastic, very similar in shape to a serrated kitchen knife but larger, the blade is thin but when I started cutting meat for the first time I completely changed my mind. The knife is as sharp as a scalpel and cuts like crazy, the handle is very comfortable. It's just a pity that there's no blade protection. I can honestly RECOMMEND it!!
