Slide Lock
Slide Lock is a locking mechanism developed by Boker, inspired by the popular Axis Lock system. A spring bar slides along the handle and locks the blade in the open position, preventing it from accidentally folding. Totally loaded Victorinox Swiss Army knife is a set of powerful tools. It has a locking, serrated blade that cuts through ropes in a flash. Small pliers that have saved me many times at work. The Phillips screwdriver is a truly strong and solid screwdriver that you cannot go on a boat trip without. It's sturdy and very ergonomic. I got it for my birthday and since then I've carried it every day. I recommend it to everyone!! Victorinox did a great job here.

It's useful not only on the boat, although the selection of tools is mainly dedicated to boaters. The serrated blade easily handles ropes and the blade lock increases the safety of using the knife. I consider as a drawback the serration only on one side, which makes it difficult to sharpen it back to factory condition. It's a pity that the logo isn't made of metal, like in smaller models, but just painted (pad printing), but all models with nylon scales are like that. There is a version with the ability to open the blade one-handed, which I find especially practical on deck. Regardless, I still give it a solid 4 stars.

My second Victorinox Swiss Army knife and at the same time my second great purchase. This model is excellent for EDC, useful both in the kitchen and on a campsite. Everything works as described and the quality is outstanding. A big plus for its unique look, in my opinion. I highly recommend it, I think it's a great choice.
