Integrated environmental sensors capture and analyze crucial data for long-distance precision aiming, including a compass, hygrometer, barometer, and thermometer. The inclusion of a Bluetooth module enables the addition of weather information from Kestrel stations.
Operators can choose from 4 measurement modes (Normal, First, Last, ELR) as well as two distance calculation methods (BAL and HCD). The dedicated SCAN function streamlines targeting moving objects. Measurement precision ranges from 0.5 to 1.8 m, varying with target distance, with a minimum range of 4.6 meters.
The housing is constructed from magnesium and finished with a durable, non-slip rubber coating for optimal handling. The lightweight build is reinforced for increased durability against mechanical impacts. O-ring sealing protects internals from moisture, dust, and debris ingress, while a tripod mount at the base allows for stable placement.
