WE Knife Sencut Stratex G10 Folding Knife - Black

A reliable everyday carry (EDC) folding knife featuring a blade with a thickness of 3 mm. Blades in the Drop-Point profile are crafted from premium 9CR18MoV steel. The flat grind, which reaches the midpoint of the blade, works in tandem with the moderate blade thickness to deliver excellent cutting performance. Notably, the knife offers outstanding balance. The handle, constructed from G10 laminate, comes equipped with a spring-loaded tip-up pocket clip.

9CR18MoV stainless steel, satin finish method

Constructed from 9Cr18MoV steel, the Drop Point blade boasts a hardness rating of 58-60 HRC, delivering an excellent balance between durability and ease of resharpening. Featuring a flat grind, the blade excels in cutting performance. A satin finish on the blade’s surface creates a refined semi-matte effect. Additional jimping along the spine enhances grip, offering a secure thumb rest and greater control during cutting operations.

Flipper deployment and double-sided thumb stud, liner Lock

Deployment of the blade is accomplished with a flipper, which also acts as a compact cross guard to help prevent the hand from slipping onto the cutting edge. Alternatively, opening can be performed using the double-sided thumb stud. Bearings on the knife’s main axis facilitate smooth blade deployment. Blade locking is managed by the Liner Lock mechanism.

G10 laminate handle, springy clip

Robust G10 laminate scales form the ergonomically contoured handle, offering exceptional durability. A textured surface enhances grip security in demanding conditions. For comfortable daily carry, a resilient steel clip (tip-up, reversible for right or left carry) is affixed to the handle, enabling attachment to a belt, pocket edge, or other gear.

9Cr18Mov (9Cr18) feature
9Cr18Mov (9Cr18)
9Cr18MoV (9Cr18) is a high-carbon martensitic stainless steel containing approximately 0.85-0.95% carbon, 17-19% chromium, 1-1.3% molybdenum, and a small amount of vanadium. It is considered the Chinese equivalent of AISI 440A and 440B steel, offering similar parameters but with better edge durability and service life. It is characterized by high hardness (58-60 HRC), very good rust resistance, and long-lasting sharpness. The steel is used in knives, surgical instruments, and precision technical blades, providing a good compromise between hardness, strength, and environmental resistance.
G10 feature
G10
G10 is a lightweight and extremely durable material, considered one of the best for knife production. It is created by pressure-pressing fiberglass with phenolic resin, which gives it high durability and resistance to mechanical damage. It is chemically inert, does not conduct electricity, and retains its properties at both low and high temperatures. In terms of parameters, it is similar to carbon fiber, but its production is much cheaper. G10 handles are manufactured by precision cutting and cutting, which increases the cost of processing but ensures a perfect fit and long knife life.
Satin feature
Satin
Satin finishing is one of the most popular blade finishes, achieved by grinding the steel with fine-grained abrasives. Parallel micro-scratches remain on the surface, giving the knife a technical, matte appearance. Satin finishing has both aesthetic and practical significance - a smoothed blade is easier to clean, and the slightly reduced friction promotes smoother cutting. Depending on the direction and intensity of polishing, different effects are achieved - from a matte finish to an almost mirror-like finish. Satin is valued in both utility and collector's knives because it emphasizes the structure and quality of the steel while maintaining functionality.
