Gray ballistic visors featuring polarization are engineered for Wiley X eyewear, specifically the Wiley X from the Valor 2.5 series. Constructed from tough Selenite polymer, these visors are equipped with a T-Shell Anti Scratch coating for exceptional scratch resistance and an Anti-fog layer that minimizes condensation. Offering high optical clarity, the visors reduce blinding glare and deliver 15% light transmission.

Integrated with HVP technology (High Velocity Protection), these visors shield eyes from impacts and fragments at high speeds, certified to class S standards (tested with a 22 g steel ball at 5.1 m/s). Complete protection from harmful ultraviolet rays is assured with UVA and UVB filters.

Certification complies with ballistic standards MIL-PRF-32432A, ANSI Z.87, and EN166S.

Good lenses. I'm glad I didn't have to test their strength on myself. With glasses, I had a protective version that, according to the description, shouldn't scratch. A month without a case in the glove compartment and as a result I'm ordering these. Overpaying for marketing doesn't make sense.

I've had Wiley glasses for a long time. My old lenses had polarization but I scratched them. I bought ones without polarization this time. Overall, everything is fine except for protein stains on the glass and from waves on the water. The manufacturer claims they're scratch-resistant, which is not true. Mine were without a case, lying in the car's glove compartment, and they got scratched.

I've had these glasses for about 5 years. I'm ordering lenses for the first time. My old ones are scratched. If you like fishing or are involved with water, definitely get polarized ones. The material is great but they scratch easily.
