Selenite polycarbonate lenses with T-Shell and Anti-fog coating

Constructed from shatter-resistant Selenite polycarbonate, all visors are treated with a durable T-Shell coating to ensure scratch resistance. An Anti-Fog coating is also applied to effectively prevent lens fogging. Reliable eye protection against harmful UVA and UVB ultraviolet rays is guaranteed. Employing HVP (High Velocity Protection) technology in both the frames and lenses, the glasses safeguard eyes from impacts caused by high-speed projectiles.

Shaped Comm temples, adjustable nose pad, and Triloid frames

The design of the frames and the slim, contoured Comm temples provide optimal compatibility with hearing protection gear and other tactical equipment. Featuring an adjustable nosepiece (Twist Lock), the eyewear conforms precisely to facial contours. Crafted from lightweight, highly durable Triloid material, the frames deliver exceptional resistance to stress.

3 interchangeable lenses

The glasses feature interchangeable lenses available in the following shades:

  • Grey lenses with 15% light transmission, ideal for environments with intense sunlight.
  • Light Rust (orange) lenses, offering 52% light transmission and enhanced contrast for improved vision.
  • Clear lenses with 89% light transmission, optimal for indoor use or overcast conditions.

All visors guarantee 100% protection from UVA and UVB rays.

Standards and certifications

  • MIL-PRF-32432A: In compliance with this standard, both the frame and visors are engineered to resist impacts from bullets or fragments measuring 3.8 mm in diameter, traveling at speeds between 700 and 725 km/h.
  • ANSI Z87.1 - Specifies requirements for the impact resistance of both the visor and frame. Testing includes exposure to a high-mass steel projectile (High Mass) and a high-velocity steel ball (High Velocity), verifying robust protection against common mechanical threats.
  • EN.166F - Conforms to the European guidelines for safeguarding against medium energy impact from fast-moving particles. In accordance with this standard, the frame and visors are capable of withstanding an impact from a 6 mm steel ball weighing 0.86 g at a velocity of 162 km/h.

    Great glasses. Worth their price, the flat temples don’t press when wearing active headphones. The dark lenses provide good light reduction, and the transparent and orange ones are a big plus. Changing the lenses is a bit problematic, but once you get the hang of it, it’s not an issue.
