The best air rifle I've ever had. High-quality workmanship, plus a nicely made beech stock in a dark shade. The set includes a connector and two rotary magazines, which is also a big plus. Now it's just a matter of testing its accuracy.
The renowned English manufacturer Air Arms has enhanced its popular PCP air rifle from the S400/410 range with solutions typically found in high-powered carbines: the barrel is shrouded in an integrated sound moderator, which also serves as a gas regulator. Another upgrade includes the incorporation of a new SL (Side Lever) cocking handle featuring a bolt mechanism inspired by the biathlon (two-stage) system, enabling rapid reloading while keeping the firearm in position and maintaining visual contact with the target.
ATTENTION!!!
Charging PCP air rifles requires the use of a compressed air source:
- a tank that can be filled with a PCP charging kit
- or by using a pump
Ensure that the air introduced into the rifle’s reservoir is dried to prevent internal corrosion. The tank should be kept filled to approximately 30 BAR to maintain a self-sealing effect.
For user and rifle safety, if the maximum allowable fill pressure of 250 BAR is exceeded, the cartridge will automatically vent, safely releasing surplus air. Always keep in mind that overpressurizing the cartridge may lead to irreversible damage under extreme conditions. Thus, it is advisable not to surpass the recommended air pressure of 190 BAR. A full charge enables a consistent 80 shots (approximately 65 with .177 caliber, about 80 with .22 caliber).
The package includes a universal adapter that supports both air charging methods. A built-in manometer provides ongoing tank pressure monitoring.
The precision barrel, crafted by the esteemed Lothar-Walther workshop, measures 395 mm in length. A 12-groove rifling with a 450 mm twist rate is optimized for spinning lighter projectiles at velocities up to 360 m/s. External threading at the muzzle allows for an additional suppressor to be attached.
Pellet loading is simple—pulling back the (aforementioned SL side lever) two-stage bolt rotates the 10-shot rotary magazine. Pushing the bolt forward chambers the pellet for firing. The magazine is constructed from durable polymer and features a transparent window on the shooter’s side for easy pellet count tracking.
The trigger unit offers full adjustability for trigger pull weight and travel, and a spring-loaded safety mechanism prevents unintentional firing from accidental trigger contact.
A handcrafted, single-piece beech wood stock takes inspiration from classic hunting arms and features a Monte Carlo cheek piece for enhanced shooting comfort. Excellent stability is provided by a soft, high-quality rubber recoil pad.
Distinct checkering on both the pistol and foregrip ensures a secure hold and noticeably elevates the rifle’s appearance. The deeper-cut forend emulates the style of hunting firearms, while marginally reducing overall weight.
No iron sights are included, as the rifle boasts exceptional accuracy at extended ranges—well beyond what the human eye can resolve. Precision is further enhanced by mounting an optic on the standard 11 mm dovetail rail.
Impeccable build quality, substantial power, no felt recoil, and superb accuracy make shooting with this air rifle an absolute pleasure.
The air rifle is covered by a 2-year warranty and is configured for right-handed users.

Air Arms is a British brand operating since 1983, specializing in the production of spring and PCP air rifles. The company quickly gained recognition thanks to the TX200 model, which is still considered one of the best spring air rifles in the world. A distinctive feature of the brand is the use of cold-rolled barrels and precision adjustable trigger mechanisms. Air Arms was one of the first companies to introduce a multi-shot magazine system for PCP air rifles, which significantly increased the comfort and speed of shooting. The brand is associated with award-winning shooters such as Andy Calpin, a legend in the Field Target discipline, and James Osborne, a multiple champion and representative of the world's elite. Series such as the S400, S410, Pro Sport, and HFT 500 are recognized worldwide.

Simply sensational. The workmanship, the action, the trigger, the quality of materials, and the accuracy. At 30 meters you can easily hit a coin. I would buy it again.
-
Third opinion. No changes, everything works like a Swiss watch or an Air Arms air rifle. I don't even count the number of pellets shot anymore. Perfection at its best. I recommend it.
-
Great and accurate air rifle. The workmanship is perfect. The British did a great job. It's a pity it's no longer in the offer...
-
Buying this air rifle was a bullseye. The rifle works with a Delta Optical scope and performs sensationally. After purchasing better pellets, the rifle is very accurate. I recommend it.
-
The air rifle is amazing. The best choice on the market in this price range. Accuracy as described. Super.
-
air arms, this company already has a reputation that defends itself. Excellent workmanship, accuracy, quality...

I've had the air rifle for half a year and it's just as it should be: right out of the box it hits every spinner every time and doesn't fuss about it. It's beautiful and shapely, small but heavy. The side lever, called biathlon, works super smoothly with noticeable action points. I was a bit worried, but I have the s400 and the side handle is indeed more useful. Beautiful thing.

Second opinion. 2000+ shots this time with the AA silencer. Awesome!!!
-
I have owned this air rifle purchased from Militaria for 8 months. Shots fired: 1000+. Together with the Bushmil scope, a dream set. The accuracy is truly amazing. Still flawless today.
-
Excellent air rifle. I've only had it for a few weeks, but I still can't get enough of it. We'll see how it goes...

Second opinion. After shooting 1000+ rounds, it's still an excellent choice. Everything works perfectly. A spare magazine is included, so you do not need to buy an extra one. The air cylinder is enough for about 100 accurate shots. I bought a silencer, it's even quieter now. With the silencer it easily fits in the LUX case. I added a Bushnell 4.5x18x40 Valkyrie crosshair scope. They work together perfectly. Remember: do not use scopes with a large parallax wheel due to the magazine. That's probably the only downside, but not for me. PERFECTION.

Very good product at a great price. I recommend it.
-
Not much to say - A GEM. The side lever is a perfect addition to the design. A very successful choice.

I have many types of air rifles, but this one stands out for its accuracy and workmanship precision. I highly recommend this air rifle.
