I always dreamed of such a jacket and finally managed to buy one. The jacket is amazing, lots of pockets, makes a great impression and looks sharp. The color is spot on. I'm satisfied with it.

Light jacket that is an exact reproduction of the model M65, which is one of the more popular props in pop culture. It has been used many times in films and series, worn by characters played by actors such as: Sylvester Stallone in Rambo, Robert De Niro in Taxi Driver, or Bronisław Cieślak in 07 zgłoś się. It is made from a combination of polyester and cotton.
Due to the materials used, the model is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage and is resistant to rain and snow. The presence of cotton ensures very good air circulation. The fabric is durable, easy to maintain, and quickly dries.
On the outside, there are four pockets - two at hip level and two at chest height. The jacket is also equipped with two internal pockets closed with: a zipper (right) and Velcro (left).
The model is equipped with a zipper, which can additionally be covered with a strip fastened with buttons, which will ensure better temperature retention and protect against strong wind penetration. The strip also prevents the zipper from getting blocked due to the accumulation of dirt, dust, sand, and leaves, and even prevents freezing of water or snow clumping on it.
The jacket has a stand-up collar protecting against wind, in which beneath the zipper is hidden a hood. Additional protection against cold is provided by Velcro-adjustable cuffs and two drawstrings - one at the hip level and the other at the bottom.

...and one more interesting thing. I noticed that the logo by the upper left pocket is sewn in a completely different way and place than all other Alpha Industries M65 jackets. Recently, in a brick-and-mortar store, I looked at an identical one and the material also seemed a bit thinner and softer. Will these jackets continue to maintain this quality, or will it only get worse...? We'll see.

The jacket is worth recommending. 185cm, 86kg, size M is ideal with or without the liner! However, I found a few small imperfections, which really don't matter much. Slightly unfinished epaulet (approx. 2cm with no seam) etc. It could be much cheaper, the price scares off some people. I don't regret it! I think I’ve had M65s from all the companies, and this one is a bullseye! We'll see how long it lasts because I get the feeling it's not the same quality as 20 years ago.

I received my first original M65 Alpha Industries jacket size L in a package from the USA in 1987. I still have it today. It hasn’t lost any quality except for the 'washed out' effect—the color has slightly faded, but in my opinion that only adds charm. The liner is still in use as well (it only lost the care label on the collar). Eight years ago I bought another original M65 Alpha jacket from this shop with slight changes (two internal pockets—one Velcro, one zip) also with a liner. In autumn, winter, spring as an informal outfit—it’s irreplaceable.

A classic for years, unfortunately the price is quite high, but from a long-term perspective, in my opinion, it's worth it! Stitching and materials are amazing, a few improvements over the original, but it's still a contract jacket.

The jacket gives a lot of satisfaction. I’m sure it will serve me for many years, maybe even a few decades. It's very warm even without the liner—unfortunately, it’s not included in the set and needs to be bought separately. It's not a big loss because you can hear from other users that it’s much less durable than the jacket itself, plus you can just wear a sweatshirt under it. It has big pockets, you look very good in it. It's also resistant to abrasions, windproof, easy to clean, just be careful with tree resin as it leaves permanent discoloration—but that only affects the appearance. The jacket is cut in such a way that it can also be part of an elegant, though informal, outfit—just roll up the sleeves, fold the collar and wear a shirt or sweater underneath. You can even wear it to the theater or to a fancy party. In other words, it’s a very versatile wardrobe item, useful in many situations, not just for outings in nature. You could complain only that the sleeves are a bit too long—but you can simply adjust them. The Velcro helps to narrow the 'exit' of the sleeve and with some skillful rolling, you can make it shorter.

Good purchase, I recommend it!

Cool jacket, but why make it in enlarged sizes? It doesn’t match the contract at all. Better is the enemy of good.

Legendary jacket. Is it worth paying so much? In my opinion, yes. The material is soft and pleasant to the touch, seams are perfect with no loose threads. The zipper works smoothly. The lack of a liner is actually an advantage for me because I never use them. I bought size XL, I’m 188 cm tall and my chest is 116 cm. I still have some room for a fleece or insulated jacket. I like clothing that doesn't restrict movement. Great jacket, I really recommend it.

Great jacket and great materials—classy on its own.

The jacket is solid, and as for someone previously writing 'made in China'—it looks like they sew good clothes in China too. As for the jacket itself—it's simply a classic and if someone knows their stuff they won’t look at the price. The workmanship is top-notch, after all, it's Alpha. I'm 176 cm tall, 101 cm chest and I chose size M. It's a bit big but if I put on a sweatshirt it fits perfectly. I think every miltary fan should have one. Store service and shipping 5/5. I recommend.

It's not worth following the size recommendation, because then you'll choose one too large. Another thing is Alpha Industries made in China for 799 PLN—honestly, that's too much. On the plus side: good workmanship and it's a cult item. Compared to the contract, and even Helikon, I don't recommend it.

A classic, what more can I say. Lots of pockets, durable.

Unfortunately, M65 only Alpha or contract, nothing else matters to me!! Perfectly made according to MILSPEC, but it differs from the contract in the internal pockets in the liner, one with Velcro and another with a zipper (my contract M65 didn't have that), and the hood is on an elastic band. I bought L/R and it’s perfect (with space for a liner) for 182 cm tall and 115 cm chest. The contract liner L fits perfectly—Alpha's liner is, in my opinion, too expensive—half the price of the M-65, but the contract liner is up to 50 PLN. So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to everyone!!

Cybulski didn’t wear the M65!
