The primary fastening mechanism of the MA-1 Heritage model is a single-direction zipper equipped with a synthetic leather pull tab, ensuring ease of use even while wearing gloves. An internal thermal stripe runs beneath the zipper, offering extra insulation from the cold. For enhanced protection and an improved fit, elastic ribbed sections are featured on the collar, cuffs, and waistband.
