In my opinion, they were okay, I wouldn't say they were anything special. Definitely very sweet and unfortunately not packed in a way that would allow them to last a long time.

Supposedly there are nuts in the ingredients, but it's unclear how many. The bar is based on some grains, which means low-quality carbohydrates. Arpol offers much better products of this type.

Arpol has better bars in its offer. Here we are dealing with sugars of poor quality. Rather a sweet snack than a real energy bar.

Tasty and nutritious. Safe during transport. ARPOL makes a bar the way it should be. A picky person would probably find something to complain about. I took it to the forest and for all-day effort in the mountains. It always provided an energy boost.
