The replica is almost identical to the same model from WE, and although it is more expensive, unfortunately it is less carefully made - the finish is more matte, some edges are sharp, the magazine is noticeably loose in its slot and there is a visible gap between the base and the edge of the grip when it is locked in place - however, the replica works flawlessly. It accepts magazines from WE (but it's probably better not to try shooting with CO2 in it) and some parts are interchangeable (I checked with the dedicated WE outer barrel with thread). The white inscription "CAL6mm" and the white manufacturer logo on the slide are a bit annoying, and the ASG logo instead of the Beretta emblem on the grip makes the difference noticeable in the hand, but if someone needs a gun for gameplay and not reenactment, it will do the job.

SA/DA trigger mechanism and safety
The pistol features a trigger system operating in both SA (Single Action - pulling the trigger releases the hammer that has been cocked either by the slide or manually) as well as DA (Double Action - each pull of the trigger fully cocks and releases the striker mechanism). The trigger system includes an ambidextrous wing safety, just as in the original, which locks the mechanism. What’s important. A few days ago, I was able to handle and shoot a Beretta 92FS. There are differences, like magazine release. The evaluation here is in context compared to the original and a few other replicas, such as Tokyo Marui. ++ Very realistic look and weight +++ The operation of mechanisms is incredibly close to a real firearm (removing the slide, slide operation, release) +++ Shooting feels very close to a real firearm (hammer, slide and its blow-back, slide release, the actual shot, slide lock after the last pellet) + Hop-Up adjustment makes the replica actually quite accurate despite not having the highest muzzle velocity - The magazine sits a bit too loosely in the grip (you can hear it rattle; I wrapped mine in insulating tape and it’s OK) - The safety at the end phase of the slide (just before the red dot) is hard to operate and can move the slide - Accessories: The packaging material should be better, fit to the weapon—or maybe there should even be a case. Mine didn’t include a speed loader - The instructions are very sparse and don’t cover everything (YouTube saved me). The SigSauer P228 for 110 PLN from Tokyo Marui is better in this regard. They could include a catalog of their accessories—magazines with gas, holsters, recommendations, etc. I’d say the customer isn’t very taken care of :) - The paint on the magazine wears off almost immediately (3–4 removals and you already see marks) - The product page says, “Additional accessories included: Yes.” Well, let me inform you, No. Pistol, magazine, box with 10 pellets, Hex key for Hop-Up adjustment, and a sparse manual. Summary: Handling and shooting the weapon itself—amazing. Accessories and packaging—weak. Next time, I’d probably look for another manufacturer rather than ASG, e.g. Tokyo Marui.

I bought the ASG M9 Blow Back Full Metal replica 3 years ago. I don't shoot with it much. It still works very well. It performs surprisingly well (steadily) on the chrono.

This replica is well made, it never jams, and I feel like I’m holding a real firearm in my hand. All the smaller parts work perfectly. Additionally, the gun has a nice matte finish.
