The Badger Outdoor Recon 25L backpack is fine – solidly made and well thought out. It has plenty of compartments, which makes organizing gear and quickly accessing what you need easier. It works great for shorter trips, outings, or everyday use. It's a practical and functional choice in its category.
Badger Outdoor Recon Backpack 25 l Coyote
A patrol backpack with a capacity of 25 l, which is perfect for hiking and survival, as well as for everyday use in the city. Thanks to the carrying system with contoured shoulder straps, a hip belt and fastex quick-release buckles, it ensures high comfort of use. Four pockets, two compartments, and a MOLLE system allow for easy organization and expansion of equipment.
Convenient storage system - 2 main compartments, numerous pockets
The Recon 25L is equipped with four main pockets, allowing for optimal organization of your gear. Two compartments accommodate larger items such as a sleeping bag, food, or clothing. The larger compartment has an additional flat pocket for smaller items, closed with a zipper. The smaller compartment has a flat pocket and two mesh pockets for easy organization and quick access to smaller items.
Two pockets on the front of the backpack—a larger lower pocket and a smaller upper pocket—are designed for small items. The lower pocket has an organizer for documents and keys, while the upper pocket is ideal for carrying a phone, glasses, or a navigation device.
Special pocket for the System or Hydration Cartridge
On the outside, at the back of the backpack, there is a Velcro-fastened compartment designed for a hydration bladder. It allows you to comfortably carry water supplies while ensuring quick access to hydration without having to remove the bottles. This pocket is discreetly placed and well secured, protecting the insert from damage during walking and more difficult off-road activities.
High-quality zips and MOLLE webbing system
All pockets of the backpack are closed with thick, spiral zippers with double sliders, which ensures smooth and quick opening.
The backpack is also equipped with a MOLLE webbing system – straps located on the front and sides of the backpack allow you to attach additional equipment. D-rings located on the shoulder straps allow you to attach tactical elements.
Compression straps and capacity adjustment
Recon 25L allows you to adjust its external dimensions to suit the contents thanks to compression straps located on both sides, at the bottom, and at the top. Shortening the straps allows you to flatten the backpack, which helps maintain its stability and neat appearance, even when the compartments are partially empty.
Profiled self-detachable shoulder straps, detachable waist belt
The backpack is equipped with an advanced carrying system that ensures comfort and stability. The contoured shoulder straps are finished with fastex quick-release buckles (Quick Detachment), allowing you to quickly remove the backpack when needed. Adjustable shoulder straps allow for a perfect fit, while additional support is provided by a chest strap and a detachable hip belt, which helps to stabilize heavier loads.

At this price, it's an absolute favorite for the number of compartments. The downside is the rattling metal tabs on the zippers; they used to be just cords with a plastic end. However, the solution to this problem is to cut off these metal tabs and replace them with cords directly attached to the zipper pull, just like it used to be done. Thanks to this, the backpack becomes silent when you move it, just like the one I used before. My old one lasted over 7 years but started to wear out, and now I'm worried that if I fully load it, it might tear apart.

This backpack turned out to be brilliant. Numerous pockets where I can carry various items. Possibility to use a Camelback system. There is also the option to adjust the backpack in the lumbar area and on the chest, which makes the backpack fit perfectly to the body. I recommend it to others in every aspect.
-
Great, lots of small pockets which help with organization. Two large compartments. In my opinion, it is suitable for women or older girls as well as boys. I recommend it.
-
Comfortable, handy backpack. Plenty of pockets. For me, it's a bit too big. But that's just the model I chose. I just don't need that many. The material is solid, and the workmanship is very good. The backpack gives the impression it will last a long time.
-
Great backpack at an affordable price. High quality fittings, many compartments and pockets, quite spacious, yet compact thanks to the use of compression straps.

The Badger Outdoor Recon 25L Coyote backpack — at first, I bought it for my fiancée as a personal item for the plane, but I got jealous and now I bought one for myself too. Great option to compress the backpack in every possible way. I recommend it.
-
I use the backpack every day, very spacious, lots of pockets and compartments. The hip belt could be longer. My only problem was with the rear straps, it was hard to adjust them. For this price, I think it's a really nice backpack for everyday use and short trips.
-
A good backpack for everyday use due to its size. However, after a few days the stitches in the upper outer pocket gave out, and there was only a wallet inside. All in all, I didn't feel this was a reason to complain, at least for me. For now (short period of use), I have no further objections. We'll see what happens after a longer time of use.

I bought it recently, it looks good, lots of pockets—at first glance, it seems well made. Durability will show with use. For me, great, I recommend it for this price.
-
Value for money. Roomy backpack. However, the rating is significantly lowered by straps that are much too narrow. Additionally, the shoulder straps are not attached to the webbing and tend to curl up when putting it on.
-
I bought this backpack for my hunting outings and it fits comfortably on my back. Something I did not know nor notice is that the straps are not fully fleshed out top to bottom. It is possible to attach this backpack to a vest instead of using it as backpack. the capacity fits all my needs for my hunting outings, and if need arises it makes for a good children's backpack. very happy with my purchase.
-
So-so backpack, I'm writing in terms of the number of straps and the need to adjust them every time you put it on. In my opinion, it's impractical. Nothing special. I bought it because it was cheap.
-
The backpack is of terrible quality, after two years of use it falls apart, the straps break, the rubber inside crumbles and disintegrates, after which the material it's on starts to unravel. My experience is confirmed with a second backpack I got as a surprise (turned out to be the same company) and the new one had identical damage after a year. If someone plans to use it once a year for a week or two, it’s suitable for that.

The backpack met my expectations. The price-to-quality ratio is appropriate. Spacious, comfortable, solid zippers... and that camouflage pattern. Badger positively surprises me, Polish manufacturer at a high level.
