Solid product, maybe even too solid. In fact, it's a full-fledged thermos, not a thermal mug. I bought it as a gift for my wife and unfortunately, it caused trouble. She used it like her previous mug and got slightly burned. The mug keeps temperature for a very long time. You have to take that into account and learn to drink from it slowly and carefully. In summary – very solid. Doesn't leak, easy to open, the lid lock works. I recommend the product and the store, but be careful during use – use your head.

I bought it as a gift, but now I will buy one for myself. Very practical closure, plus a lock to prevent accidental opening. If you intend to drink shortly after pouring in the liquid, it’s better not to pour in boiling water; it keeps boiling water hot for several hours.

Great mug at this price. Both in terms of appearance, functionality, and heat/cold retention. I use it in winter (hot drinks) and in summer (water with ice) ;). It’s comfortable to drink from, although the lid can hit your nose a bit. The lid lock option is very useful. Downsides: after some time the anodizing starts to flake, especially at the base and around the cap. Still, I recommend it!

Really nice mug, the spout cover and possibility to lock the clasp are really great—nothing can possibly spill. As for heat retention, I was hoping it would be a bit better in negative temperatures. On the slope after about 6-7 hours from pouring hot coffee, it's just warm. Not bad, but could always be better :) Overall, I'm satisfied and recommend it to everyone.

Good thermal mug, I use it as an addition to a thermos (when I don't need a large capacity, it's perfect for short trips or work in the garden). Maintains temperature long enough, although keep in mind it's a mug—don't expect the same time retention as a good thermos.

Nice mug, my second one. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of use, the closure broke. The lack of spare parts means the product no longer lives up to expectations.

I already have a second one, because the first one wore out a bit... I highly recommend it, it keeps heat for a long time and is very handy and easy to wash. I can't imagine going to work without it.

Very nice mug. Keeps heat well. I bought it for my kids for school and they are satisfied. Important thing: as the manufacturer wrote, after washing, the seals need to be dried to keep the mug airtight. I recommend.

Hello Despite the reviews, at least mine keeps boiling water hot for a maximum of 30 minutes – coffee maybe 20 minutes, so for me, it's a highly overrated product!!!! Maybe my complaint will be accepted positively, but I doubt it.....

Great product for a relatively small price. Doesn't leak, keeps temperature for a long time, easy to drink from, easy to use with one hand. Only a few times have I failed to catch the short thread while screwing on the spout and it would pop off, but if you pay attention, I see no disadvantages.
