Perfectly sized knife for everyday carry. High quality craftsmanship, good materials. I liked this color version with a brown handle the most.
Lightweight folding utility knife featuring a Clip-Point blade profile. The Icarus is a design by acclaimed American knifemaker Nick Rogers. Crafted from M390 stainless steel, the blade offers outstanding resistance to wear and corrosion. Blade hardness is rated at 59-61 HRC. The satin-finished blade provides a refined, semi-matte appearance, while the flat-ground edge ensures efficient cutting. Jimping (textured notches) on the spine at the thumb rest enhances grip and control during use.
Deployment is achieved via a dual thumb disk or a serrated front flipper for alternative opening. The blade is secured in place by a robust Frame Lock. A ball bearing system in the main pivot enhances and speeds up the opening action.
The handle is constructed from titanium with a Stonewash finish. Three textured grooves on the upper scale improve grip and prevent slipping. A spring-loaded clip, set in a tip-up/r configuration, makes daily carry convenient.
