Outfitted with a 3.1 mm thick, modified Wharncliffe blade constructed from Nitro-V martensitic steel—an enhanced version of AEB-L—the blade benefits from the inclusion of nitrogen and vanadium, offering superior strength, hardness, and resistance to corrosion. The blade is finished with a stonewash treatment and shaped using a flat grind.
Deployment of the blade is accomplished via a generous notch in the spine. Secure operation is guaranteed by a highly robust, dirt-resistant Frame Lock mechanism.
A textured, non-slip handle composed of G10 laminate delivers a strong grip. A lanyard hole at the rear of the handle allows for the attachment of a cord, key ring, or lanyard to help safeguard against loss.
