Brunnirok Ludwigsburg Cut-Resistant Shirt - Navy Blue

Cut-resistant shirt in Navy Blue designed as a base layer for users of protective vests in uniformed services. The product is personal protective equipment compliant with Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and was developed to protect those areas of the body that are typically left uncovered by ballistic vests. The shirt provides cut protection in critical zones such as the shoulders and underarm area, while maintaining a high level of breathability, lightness and comfort during prolonged use.

The zones responsible for protection, covering the sleeves and underarm area, are made of an advanced fibre blend:

• Aramid (50%) - responsible for very high mechanical resistance and cut resistance, forming the primary protective component
• polyester (33%) - stabilizes the fabric structure, increases its service life and improves resistance to stretching and deformation
• fibreglass (17%) - serves a reinforcing function - its high hardness and resistance to blade action hinder material penetration, creating an additional protective barrier

The combination used made it possible to obtain a material with high cut resistance while maintaining low thickness and good flexibility, which allows the garment to be worn for extended periods in everyday conditions. The outer layer of the shirt is made of 100% polyester, which ensures good breathability, rapid moisture wicking and material durability.

The Ludwigsburg model has been designed to focus protection on the most exposed areas. The cut-resistant material is located on the shoulders, from the shoulder line to the end of the sleeves, and in the underarm area, that is, where standard vests do not provide protection. Thanks to its design, the shirt complements a personal protection system, increasing safety in areas particularly exposed to sharp tools.

In the zones protected with cut-resistant material, the shirt provides a high level of protection, meeting the requirements of European standards for protective clothing. The materials used and the design guarantee effective protection against sharp tools and mechanical hazards:

• cut protection level 5 according to EN 388:2016 - the highest level of resistance to mechanical cuts on a 0-5 scale
• cut protection level D according to EN ISO 13997:1999 - high resistance to cuts from sharp tools under a specified force of pressure (scale from the lowest A to the highest F)
• compliance with EN ISO 13688 and Regulation (EU) 2016/425 - meets the requirements for protective clothing and is marked with the CE mark

The shirt construction has been optimized for wear directly under a vest, without the need to modify equipment. The flexible construction does not restrict movement, and the proper fit means that the shirt remains practically unnoticeable when worn. The area around the neck is finished with a soft material, which prevents chafing.

The manufacturer recommends washing at 30°C in a protective bag, separately, without using a tumble dryer, and without turning the item inside out.
