Cut-resistant jacket in navy blue designed as specialist protective clothing intended for users exposed to contact with sharp tools or edges - both in professional environments and during selected outdoor activities. It will prove useful in technical and service work and anywhere there is a risk of accidental cutting of the garment material and contact of a blade with the body.

The design is based on the use of advanced cut-resistant material, which combines high mechanical resistance with relatively low weight. The model was developed to provide the highest possible level of protection for critical areas of the upper body, including the neck area. The jacket has been classified as category II personal protective equipment (PPE).

The inner layer of the jacket is made of an advanced fibre blend:

• Aramid (50%) - responsible for very high mechanical resistance and cut resistance, it is the primary protective component
• polyester (33%) - stabilizes the structure of the material, increases its durability in use, and improves resistance to stretching and deformation
• fiberglass (17%) - serves a reinforcing function - its high hardness and resistance to blade action make it harder to penetrate the material, creating an additional protective barrier

The combination used made it possible to obtain a material with high cut resistance while maintaining low thickness and good flexibility. The outer layer of the jacket is made of a blend of polyester (96%) and elastane (4%). Polyester is responsible for the increased durability of the fabric, while elastane improves its stretchability, allowing a better fit to the body and freedom of movement.

The outer material has windproof properties and moisture resistance, which limits the penetration of light precipitation and protects against cooling caused by wind. The outer layer provides an additional protective barrier, complementing the cut-resistant properties of the entire design.

Every area of the jacket has been lined with cut-resistant material, which ensures continuity of the protective layer across the entire surface. The applied solution eliminates local weaknesses in the design, so the protection is not limited solely to selected panels, but covers all zones exposed to contact with sharp edges or tools.

Particular attention was paid to protecting sensitive areas. The high stand-up collar is an integral part of the protection system, shielding the neck and throat area. Its design ensures a close fit to the body without excessive pressure, so it does not restrict freedom of movement or breathing comfort.

The jacket provides a high level of protection against cuts, meeting the requirements of European standards for protective clothing. The materials used and the design guarantee effective protection against sharp tools and mechanical hazards:

• cut protection level 5 in accordance with EN 388:2016 - the highest level of resistance to mechanical cuts on the 0-5 scale
• cut protection level D in accordance with EN ISO 13997:1999 - high resistance to cuts from sharp tools at a specified applied force (scale from the lowest A to the highest F)
• compliance with EN ISO 13688 and Regulation (EU) 2016/425 - meets the requirements for protective clothing and is marked with the CE sign

The Oldenburg model has been classified as category II personal protective equipment (PPE II), which means it is intended to protect against hazards of medium risk level. Products in this category are subject to mandatory conformity assessment and EU type examination carried out by a notified body.

The model is equipped with 3 pockets:

The use of zippers increases the security of carried items, and the well-thought-out arrangement of the pockets allows convenient organization of equipment.

The jacket is fastened along its entire length with a durable zipper, which allows it to be put on and taken off quickly and conveniently. The model stands out with a relaxed fit, which does not restrict range of movement and enables comfortable use, also during dynamic work.

The manufacturer recommends washing at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius, without using bleach, and separately in a protective bag. Do not tumble dry or expose to direct sunlight. Ironing at a temperature of up to 110 degrees Celsius is permitted. Dry clean only with tetrachloroethylene solvents.
