Cut-resistant jacket in olive designed as specialist protective clothing for users exposed to contact with sharp tools or edges, whether in the workplace or during certain outdoor activities. It is ideal for technical and service work, and wherever there is a risk of accidental cutting of clothing or the body coming into contact with a blade.

The construction uses an advanced cut-resistant material that combines high mechanical resistance with a relatively low weight. This model was developed to provide the highest possible level of protection for critical areas of the upper body, including the neck zone. The jacket is classified as category II personal protective equipment (PPE II).

The inner layer of the jacket is made from an advanced fibre blend:

• Aramid (50%) – responsible for very high mechanical resistance and cut protection, serving as the main protective component
• Polyester (33%) – stabilises the material structure, increases durability in use, and improves resistance to stretching and deformation
• Glass fibre (17%) – acts as a reinforcement; its high hardness and resistance to blade penetration create an additional protective barrier

This combination has resulted in a material with high cut resistance while maintaining low thickness and good flexibility. The outer layer is made from a blend of polyester (96%) and elastane (4%). The polyester provides increased fabric strength, while the elastane improves its stretchability, allowing for a better fit and greater freedom of movement.

The outer material is windproof and moisture-resistant, helping to protect against light rain and wind chill. This external layer adds another level of protection, complementing the jacket's cut-resistant properties.

Every area of the jacket is lined with cut-resistant material, ensuring a continuous protective layer across the whole surface. This solution eliminates any weak points so that protection is not limited to certain panels, but covers all areas exposed to sharp edges or tools.

Particular attention has been paid to safeguarding sensitive zones. A high stand-up collar is an integral part of the protective system, shielding the neck and throat area. Its construction ensures a close fit without excessive pressure, so it does not restrict movement or breathing comfort.
