Campingaz Freez Pack M5 Cooling Insert 2 pcs. ST

A set of two reusable ice packs designed to keep a low temperature in a portable travel cooler or insulated bag. Filled with non-toxic liquid, they help keep stored food and drinks cool during a one-day trip. The packs are made of waterproof plastic, which is easy to keep clean.

Non-toxic cooling liquid

The working liquid is a mixture of water, dye and carboxymethyl cellulose, used as the thickener E466 in the pharmaceutical and food industries. The liquid is completely harmless to health even in the event of packaging damage and leakage.

Method of use

Before use, place the pack in the freezer for several to a dozen hours until it is completely frozen. After that time, the pack is ready for use in a travel cooler or insulated bag.

    The inserts are like any other, quite small. I bought four to carry in a Camelbak and to cool the hydration insert on hot days and it works pretty well, but don’t expect the effect to last all day.
