I do not fully agree with the opinions about this product. In my case, it meets all expectations except for the price, which is a bit too high for the quality and the fact that it is still a "pillow"—lighter, more compact, but still a pillow. Nevertheless, for die-hard fans of lightweight gear, I highly recommend it.

Camouflage Woodland
Woodland, commonly referred to as U.S. Woodland or M81, is a renowned camouflage pattern that made its debut with the US Armed Forces in the early 1980s, evolving from the earlier ERDL camo design. For more than twenty years, Woodland served as the standard camouflage for the US military, remaining in use up to the late 2000s. Distinguished by broad, irregular shapes in green, brown, beige, and black tones, this pattern offers excellent concealment and distortion capabilities, particularly within forested landscapes. Owing to both its efficiency and international prominence, Woodland generated many derivatives now utilized in over 60 military uniform systems worldwide. Its influence has also significantly impacted popular culture, transitioning from exclusive military use to becoming a fashionable element in civilian apparel.

The product is quite controversial, and from the reviews, I see that people buying it don't really understand what they're getting. It's not a regular pillow for sleeping as it might seem. The pillow is thin because its purpose is not to provide softness under the head. It was designed to be lightweight, to isolate the head from the ground well, and to take up as little space as possible, and it fulfills these requirements 100%. People giving it one star probably expected a miracle; it is impossible to compress a normal pillow to such dimensions. Of course, the price is inflated, as with branded products, but I don't think it deserves such a low rating. Personally, I also think that, unlike on hard ground, in a hammock the pillow works excellently and has the perfect thickness, which really makes a difference. Another advantage is the material and filling, thanks to which the pillow provides great thermal comfort, doesn't absorb heat so it doesn't overheat your head, and insulates very well so it doesn't let the cold through. I give it 4 stars only because of the price; if it were a bit lower, I would give it 5.

For my first November camping trip, I took this pillow because I am a fan of Carinthia sleeping bags and expected the pillow to be of equally good quality. Unfortunately, it turned out to be very low and small, offering no support for my neck or head, so I felt like I didn't have a pillow at all. In the end, I put my jacket into a dry bag and used that as a pillow—it worked much better. I eventually bought a pillow from Thermarest, which works definitely better. This pillow compresses easily, even more than the Thermarest, but for the sake of a better sleep, I'd rather carry something a bit heavier and bigger. I also think that for what it offers, it's just too expensive.

The product is extremely light and compact, but also very flat. Unfortunately, it is so compressed that it does not return to its original shape, does not fill with air, and does not expand on its own. The material is of excellent quality, which is standard for Carinthia, but I have to give only 1 star because the product does not fulfill its basic role.

I am a fan of Carinthia products, but this pillow does not meet the company's standards. It is exceptionally thin, it might work for a short nap in a car, train, or airplane, but for several nights in a sleeping bag, it would not be comfortable enough for me.
-
The pillow is quite thin, but really compact when rolled up into its cover and as light as a feather. The fabric is very pleasant, smooth and cool. It's an excellent thing to attach to a backpack if you plan to sleep or nap outdoors, but also a very nice thing to have when traveling – for napping on transport or as an addition to a hotel pillow. The G-loft filling doesn't have any magical properties, but it does its job well.

Very nice pillow, compact, insulates well, and dirt is not visible on this color. A bit thin, but with this level of compactness, it can't be better.
