Telescope featuring a 6-inch Schmidt-Cassegrain optical tube designed for direct night-sky observation through a smartphone display (not included). Outfitted with a StarPointer (red dot) finder, a primary mirror diameter of 150 mm, and a 1500 mm focal length for enhanced viewing performance.
All optical elements are treated with StarBright XLT coatings to maximize contrast and improve light transmission. Even the faintest lunar, planetary, galactic, and nebular details become visible thanks to these advanced coatings.
To observe celestial objects via smartphone, simply place the device in the dedicated holder. The StarSense Explorer app employs LISA skymapping technology, analyzing star arrangements to calculate the telescope's orientation. After choosing a target, guidance arrows appear on the smartphone screen, enabling rapid and straightforward acquisition of astronomical targets.
A sturdy altazimuth mount provides telescope stability, while precise adjustment knobs ensure seamless maneuvering.
