Great pocket knife. Its biggest distinguishing feature is the type of blade lock, or rather the lack of it. Thanks to this, we have a knife with an operation similar to a classic Swiss army knife. In my opinion, opening and closing such a knife is more charming than in the case of knives with a flipper/liner lock configuration. The slip joint lock has some limitations, but you just have to be aware of that. The Elementum is not a knife designed for heavy-duty work, so this is not a flaw, and a two-handed opening knife appears more civilian to bystanders. The lock resistance is well balanced. Breaking the blade requires a certain amount of force, which minimizes the risk of closing it on your fingers. And if that were to happen, the blade is additionally blocked at a 90-degree angle. Of course, you can still get hurt by it, but it would rather be a small puncture from the edge than a deep cut through half a finger. As with all Civivi knives, the build quality is top notch. Everything fits perfectly—there are no gaps or defects. The knife comes well-sharpened and you can shave with it. The handle scales quickly wear and the whole thing takes on a light green color, much lighter than in the reference photos.
