Clawgear Operator Field Shirt MK III ATS Flex Uniform Shirt - MultiCam

Combat shirt in MultiCam camouflage, intended for intensive duty use and field activities. It is made from a blend of 57% polyamide and 43% cotton using ATS FLEX technology, which uses mechanically elastic NYCO RipStop fabric. The design is complemented by 4 YKK zippered pockets, a ventilation system, adjustable cuffs, and velcro panels for attaching insignia and equipment.

NYCO RipStop and ATS FLEX

The shirt is made from a blend of 57% polyamide and 43% cotton. Polyamide increases the material's resistance to abrasion and intensive use, while cotton supports wearing comfort and the functional properties of the fabric. The ATS FLEX technology used relies on mechanically elastic NYCO RipStop fabric, which increases freedom of movement without the need for additional elastic fibres. The RipStop structure limits the further spreading of small tears, and the elasticity of the material allows the shirt to better adapt to the user's movements.

Chest and shoulder pockets

The shirt is equipped with:

  • 2 chest pockets with side access via concealed YKK zippers
  • 2 shoulder pockets fastened with concealed YKK zippers, equipped with internal loops for organizing small equipment

Access to the chest pockets has been integrated into the design in such a way as to maintain the shirt's low-profile appearance. The shoulder pockets provide additional space for equipment, and the loops used inside make it easier to keep it organized.

Ergonomic fit and ventilation system

The design with shaped elbows and a seamless underarm gusset increases freedom of movement during activity. The cuffs can be adjusted with velcro fasteners, allowing the sleeve circumference to be adjusted. The shirt is equipped with a ventilation system on the chest and back. Vertical ventilation openings at the back support the removal of accumulated heat and moisture, improving comfort during intense exertion.

Stand-up collar and YKK 1/4 zip

The model is equipped with a stand-up collar with a front velcro tab. The front features a YKK zipper shielded by a placket, which gives the design a neat appearance and limits direct contact between the zipper and equipment.

Velcro panels, IFF and V-LITE

Velcro panels are placed on the shoulder pockets and at the back of the collar, enabling the attachment of patches, identification markings, IFF and V-LITE elements, and other compatible accessories. At the front there are also horizontal and vertical velcro surfaces intended for attaching rank insignia or other identifiers.

MultiCam camouflage

MultiCam is a modern camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its purpose was to create a universal camouflage pattern effective in diverse terrain and changing environmental conditions.

The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colours that create gradient transitions between shades of green, brown, and beige. Thanks to this, it dynamically adapts to the background, taking on shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in the environment of Central and Eastern Europe it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained recognition worldwide and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as a camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). This pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military and airsoft enthusiasts.

Cordura feature
Cordura

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.

YKK zippers feature
YKK zippers

YKK zippers are high-quality zippers commonly used in clothing and accessories, manufactured by the Japanese YKK Corporation - one of the world's largest zipper manufacturers.

Rip-Stop feature
Rip-Stop

Rip-Stop weave protects the fabric from abrasions and tears. It is characterized by additional threads woven in at regular intervals, forming a mesh-like pattern. It provides high strength to the fabric, increases resistance to mechanical damage, especially tears.

NIR (Near Infrared Reflectance) feature
NIR (Near Infrared Reflectance)
NIR (Near Infrared Reflectance) is a material property of controlled reflection of radiation in the near-infrared (780-2500 nm) range, used primarily in tactical clothing and equipment. NIR-treated fabrics are designed to reduce the thermal emission and reflection of IR radiation, allowing the material's surface temperature to be kept close to ambient. This reduces the risk of detection of the wearer by electronic-optical surveillance systems, including night vision and infrared sensors. NIR technology significantly improves the effectiveness of camouflage in combat and low-light conditions.
NyCo feature
NyCo
NyCo is a fabric combining nylon and cotton, in which synthetic fibers increase abrasion resistance and accelerate drying, while natural fibers ensure breathability and comfort.
