Cold Steel 1849 Rifleman's Knife 1085 Fixed Blade Knife

Rifleman's Knife, a sturdy knife, inspired by the private collection of antique knives belonging to Cold Steel's founder and CEO, Lynn C. Thomson. The design was modeled after the classic knives used by American riflemen since 1849. It was crafted with the utmost precision from the finest materials available.

Spear-Point profile blade is 305 long and 6 mm thick. It is made of 1085 high-carbon steel, which is easy to sharpen and retains its edge for a long time. The cutting edge is perfectly balanced and maintains its performance for a long time.

The contoured handle made of rosewood ensures a comfortable and secure grip even when your hand is wet or dirty. It has also been reinforced with brass pins. On the blade side, the handle ends with a solid brass cross guard that prevents your hand from sliding toward the cutting edge. At the end of the handle, there is a milled hole for a safety cord or strap.

The set includes a durable leather sheath, adorned with polished brass accents. The sheath attaches to the belt using a wide belt loop.
