Cold Steel Master Hunter CPM 3V Stonewashed Fixed Blade Knife
A premium-class knife with a Full Tang construction and a total length of 235 mm. The Drop-Point blade is made of CPM-3V powder-coated steel, which is highly resistant to wear. The handle is made of Kray-Ex with a non-slip texture, ensuring a secure grip in all conditions. The set includes a sheath featuring the Secure-Ex system, which allows for multi-position attachment to a belt or other piece of gear.
CPM 3V powdered steel
The blade is made of CPM 3V powder-coated steel, which, although not stainless steel, offers good corrosion resistance. After heat treatment, it achieves a hardness of 58–61 HRC, providing a balance between strength, durability, and ease of sharpening.
Drop-Point Blade
The Drop-Point blade is 115 mm long and 4.7 mm thick. This blade profile increases rigidity and improves stability during more demanding tasks. The blade features a full flat grind, which provides excellent cutting performance and makes it easier to resharpen, even in the field. It is finished with a stonewash finish, resulting in a semi-matte effect.
Non-Slip Kray-Ex Handle

Stonewash
Stonewash is a blade finishing technique that involves treating steel in a drum filled with stones, ceramic abrasives, or beads. The impact of the material creates a characteristic, irregular pattern with micro-scratches, giving the effect of a matte, slightly “aged” surface with a raw, practical appearance. The finish gives the knife an aesthetic look and masks minor scratches and marks that occur during use, keeping the blade looking like new for longer. A hefty knife, for example, for bushcraft or other heavy tasks, especially in woodwork in the forest. You can even prepare food decently with it.

My copy is perfect, the grind is also even. After use in the forest, for example batoning, I don't notice any play, and the rest is obvious... Good sheath and brilliant steel, probably the best for this type of knife.

VG-1 - far from VG-10, dulls quickly but is easy to sharpen. Good grip and nice sheath. Unfortunately, after just a few days in the forest, the tang in the handle became noticeably loose - warranty claim, of course accepted, highest respect for Militaria.pl - FAST, FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL.

I had the knife for a few days. We didn't get along, but that doesn't mean the knife was bad. Here's what I didn't like, the rest was okay. 1. Rounded spine edges 2. Very aggressive handle texture. Even though the skin on my hands is tough as an elephant, it quickly tired me out. 3. Poorly fitting sheath or the handle is too wide – it takes effort to remove the knife from it. For comparison, I had the version with SanMai III and the fit was very secure, while the knife locked in smoothly and gently with a click.

In my opinion, one of the best knives in the world, excellent steel, the handle has a secure grip even with a wet hand, light, doesn't weigh down the belt; the blade has a very universal, optimal and good shape and length; the only thing I would add, in my opinion, is a glass breaker, or simply a slightly protruding tang at the back of the handle, something like in a Fallkniven; but overall it's outstanding; great for the forest, the mountains, camping, and even for the kitchen! It's a pity it's quite expensive in Poland.

Very nice knife. PROS: 1. Good steel (dulls slowly), 2. Comfortable to carry (perfect size for wearing on a belt, does not get in the way when sitting, e.g. in a car), 3. The knife's dimensions allow you to perform most essential outdoor tasks. CONS: None in my opinion.
