Tactical first aid pouch engineered for the transport and organization of essential medical supplies. Secured by velcro to a MOLLE/PALS compatible panel, further reinforced with a strap fastened by a buckle. Constructed from rugged 500D Cordura. Closure is provided by durable YKK zippers.

Velcro panel enables rapid detachment of the first aid pouch from tactical vests, packs, or belts for immediate access.

Included in the kit:
- tactical first aid pouch,
- MOLLE/PALS panel for mounting on vests or backpacks,
- three velcro patches featuring crosses in black, red, and reflective finishes.

    Solid, larger and more spacious than the resort IP-MEDs. Sturdy material, well sewn. The ripcord works well, it's not too tight and not too loose either. I recommend it!

    Top quality. Spacious, it can easily hold the contents of a basic IPMed. The interior layout allows for efficient organization of medical equipment. A huge plus is the good material quality. Additionally, the fact that it is tear-away rather than sliding out allows you to position it at the back or side while still maintaining easy access. I definitely recommend it.
