Combat Lab Tactical Tourniquet Pouch - MultiCam

Designed for efficient transport of a tactical tourniquet—such as a hemostatic pressure bandage like the CAT—or other items of similar size, this medical pouch is crafted from robust, abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura. The fabric is treated with IRR (Infrared Reflective Treatment), providing protection against detection by night vision devices utilizing residual light amplification.

A single-compartment construction with lateral panels formed from elastic tape ensures secure retention of the tourniquet or crucial gear, preventing accidental loss. Enhanced security is provided by a specially contoured flap secured with velcro.

Integrated MOLLE/PALS webbing enables straightforward and stable attachment to tactical vests or backpacks, offering users the flexibility to customize the pouch’s placement to their specific needs. Mounting on belts up to 50 mm wide is also possible.

MultiCam represents an advanced camouflage system introduced in 2002, designed by the American company Crye Precision in partnership with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior initiative. Developed to provide effective concealment across multiple environments and fluctuating conditions, the MultiCam pattern incorporates seven distinct hues, blending gradients of green, brown, and beige. Such composition enables seamless adaptation to varying backgrounds, from green tones in wooded terrains to browns and beiges in arid, desert-like landscapes; in Central and Eastern Europe, it proves particularly suitable for autumn and dry vegetation. MultiCam has achieved international acclaim, being adopted by various military forces and special operations units around the globe. In 2010, it was officially selected by the U.S. Army for soldiers deployed in Afghanistan, replacing the Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern's availability to civilians has made it a favored option among military enthusiasts and airsoft players alike.
