The binoculars utilize advanced phase and silver coatings to produce exceptionally crisp and luminous visuals. Working in conjunction with the prisms, every lens in the Forest II line is equipped with high-grade anti-reflection coatings. These coatings enhance light transmission and preserve natural color rendering. Expertly textured interiors of the tubes help eliminate internal reflections and ghosting effects.
All models in the Forest II series are equipped with a precisely operating central focusing wheel as well as individual diopter adjustment on the right eyepiece. Ergonomic eyepiece cups (of the Twist-Up design) extend to let users tailor the eyepiece position for personal comfort.
The Forest II binoculars are engineered to perform reliably even in the most demanding environments. The sealed housing enables use in wet conditions and during rainfall. Forest II binoculars are waterproof for up to 3 minutes at a depth of 1 meter, and nitrogen purging of the optical system ensures the lenses remain free from internal fogging.
Striking an optimal balance between compact 42mm-class binoculars and much larger, heavier models with 56-63mm objective lenses, these models provide exceptional versatility with their 50-mm objective.
