Light beanie made from a blend of high-quality Merino wool and soft acrylic yarn. It provides excellent insulation against the cold, protecting the head from dangerous heat loss.
Merino Wool-- natural wool obtained from Merino sheep, considered one of the best wools in the world. This wool naturally controls moisture wicking.
Additionally, sewn inside is a fleece band increasing thermal comfort.

Maybe the best review is the fact that I thought I had lost it during a night trip, but I had it on my head the whole time :D I didn't feel it at all, and I thought the pressure around my head came from the headlamp. So as far as heat retention and comfort during normal physical activity, it's great. But during increased activity it's just like with any hat – it gets a bit hot, but in fact, there's less sweat. In my opinion, the hat could be bigger – I always thought I had a small head, but one-size hat manufacturers continue to show me that my head's a bit bigger than normal. So it might not be a hat for everyone. But suits me. I think it's worth the price.
