Very well-made replica. The bolt action requires intensive lubrication, but this is not a problem as the bolt can be easily removed.
A spring-powered replica of a Mauser rifle from the World War II era. Metal components include the barrel, bolt, trigger, sighting systems, and bail. The rifle’s handguard is crafted from wood.
Included in the package is a scope offering adjustable magnification from 3x to 7x with a 28 mm objective lens. Additionally, shooters can make use of mechanical aiming systems, comprised of a front sight and an adjustable rear sight.
The Kar98k rifle replica features a loading mechanism modeled after the original. 6 mm caliber pellets are loaded into dummy shells that mimic real cartridges. These can be inserted manually, one at a time, or loaded with a stripper clip positioned above the chamber.
Reloading is accomplished using a four-barrel bolt action system; each reload cycle dispenses the spent shell casing, just like in the live-fire counterpart. This feature greatly enhances realism. The set is supplied with five dummy shells.
A spring-driven powerplant enables the replica to attain an initial muzzle velocity of 350 FPS.
The set contains:
- replica,
- 5 dummy shells,
- scope 3-7x28 mm,
- scope mount.

Fantastic replica, though not without flaws. The wooden stock requires oiling and maintenance to remove mold resulting from long transport. The replica also requires intensive lubrication with silicone oils to ensure smooth reloading. It's worth buying cold bluing (bluing agent) to make the carbine look as attractive as possible.
