Robust expandable baton equipped with an advanced locking system known as Easy Lock. Highly effective for self-defense applications, including strikes, joint locks, and chokes, and suitable for breaching obstacles or shattering windows in emergencies.

Cold-drawn seamless tubes made from CSN 12060 = CK55 - DIN 17200, C55E - EN 10083-1 + A1 grade Cro-Mo 4130 steel are utilized for the production of the baton segments. Owing to the presence of chromium and molybdenum, this steel is capable of enduring substantial tensile, bending, and breaking stresses. The baton segments feature a black nickel-zinc (Ni-ZN) coating that offers superior wear resistance, and are hardened to a surface hardness of 40-50 HRC.

A contoured, ergonomic H (Anti-slip) handle with a rugged, non-slip surface, formed from synthetic and hypoallergenic rubber, ensures a secure and reliable hold.

The Easy-Lock mechanism enables the baton to be deployed in two distinct ways: with a typical flick of the wrist or by pulling the end of the shaft. The alternative opening method is ideal when a full swing is not feasible or when subtlety is required. The baton can be retracted single-handedly—simply disengage the Easy Lock by pressing the button at the base of the handle and, bracing the tip against a solid surface, collapse the baton.
