ESP Leather Imitation Grip expandable baton 21" - Black

Hardened telescopic baton measuring 21 inches (53 cm), equipped with a handle crafted from a material that closely resembles leather. The set includes a rotating holster that allows adjustment of the carry angle to suit individual user preferences.

The baton is manufactured using seamless cold-drawn tubes, compliant with CSN 12060 = CK55 - DIN 17200, C55E - EN 10083-1 + A1, and composed of Cro-Mo 4130 steel. Due to the addition of chromium and molybdenum, this steel resists high tensile, bending, and shearing forces. The steel baton segments are hardened to a level of 40-50 HRC and feature a black nickel-zinc coating for enhanced abrasion resistance.

The grip is made from a smooth, leather-like material known for its high durability and excellent grip, providing secure handling and improved control during operation.

A rotating BH-54 holster formed from hardened polypropylene is included, enabling belt carry of the baton in both collapsed and deployed states. The holster permits carrying the baton at any chosen angle, adjustable according to user preference.

The package also features a universal UBC-05 belt mount (Quick Change System), allowing fast swapping of the baton holder with another rotating model. The UBC-05 fits most belts with a width of 32–50 mm and up to 60 mm by removing the insert. Two screws secure the holder, ensuring it remains fixed on the belt even during intensive movement.

ESP batons see use by police, gendarmerie, and security agencies globally. Expandable batons can be owned without the need for any special permit, according to applicable laws.
