The best insert for glasses I have found, even with my prescription of -4.5 and -3.25, there is the option to make lenses (preferably thinned ones). They fit tightly and don't move around during fast ASG games.

The best inserts. Compared to ess rx, swisseye or bolle, these come out best. They sit inside the glasses, not too high. The line doesn't obstruct the view. The mounting may not be the sturdiest, but in terms of functionality it beats the others hands down.
