The Arran Quilt sleeping bag features a top quilt design, lacking a traditional hood and bottom insulation. By eliminating insulation under the body, there is no compression, which maximizes thermal efficiency. Down insulation is strategically distributed along the front and sides, delivering enhanced cold weather protection. The fill consists of duck down and feathers in a 92/8 ratio, guaranteeing both warmth and effective breathability. DuPont impregnation is applied to the insulation, providing improved resistance to moisture, so it absorbs water more slowly and dries rapidly. With a fill power of 800 cuin, the down offers excellent compressibility, allowing the bag to pack to a compact size. An extra layer of insulation is integrated into the footbox for added warmth during rest. Down is housed within H-shaped baffles, preventing migration and ensuring reliable, even cold weather protection.

Centrally positioned zipper extends along the full length and is safeguarded by the Anti-Bite system to minimize the risk of snagging. The fluorescent puller ensures convenient operation, even in low-light conditions. An adjustable drawcord at the top enhances warmth retention during colder nights. Attachment loops enable secure fastening of a liner, keeping it in place when entering or exiting the sleeping bag.
