A handheld pointer-type metal detector designed for quickly locating metal objects in soil, sand, or underwater. It meets the IP68 standard, ensuring complete protection against dust and allowing submersion in water up to a depth of 3 meters. This makes it suitable for use on land as well as in aquatic environments.
The durable orange-colored housing protects the electronic system from mechanical damage and weather conditions. The bright color improves the device's visibility in the field, reducing the risk of losing it. The detector is powered by one standard 9 V battery.
The device allows for three-level sensitivity adjustment, enabling the pinpointer to be adapted to different soil types and search conditions.
Depending on the environment or personal preference, the detector can signal the detection of an object in one of three modes:
- audio
- vibration
- audio and vibration simultaneously
The signal intensity increases as the object is approached, making it easier to locate precisely.
The detector operates at a frequency of 11.5 kHz, allowing precise location of metal objects both underwater and on land. Its 360-degree detection range significantly improves targeting accuracy, and holding the tip horizontally allows scanning a larger area in less time.
The model features a built-in LED flashlight that helps locate objects underwater and in low-light conditions. A ruler in centimeters and inches is printed on the housing for estimating the depth of finds. A reinforced edge makes it easier to move soil during searches.
The detector is equipped with a loss prevention system. After five minutes of inactivity, the device emits a sound and activates the LED. If no action is taken within the next five minutes, it automatically switches off to save battery power.
