Gate Mosfet system MERF 3.2

MERF 3.2 Mosfet system engineered for AEG replica use. The third-generation programmable unit offers 11 features and supports all gearbox types. Optimized for upgraded replicas, it easily handles high-tension springs—up to M170 for full auto and M210 for single-shot modes.

Operation is possible in two modes. Installing the controller in the basic Plug&Play mode requires no internal modifications to the replica; connection simply involves linking the system between the battery and the replica’s terminals. In extended mode, more features become accessible, but installation demands further adjustments to the configuration.

Equipped with a thermal fuse, the system shields the AEG replica’s setup from overheating. Integrated protections also guard Li-Po batteries against over-discharge, reducing the risk of damage. Thanks to a debouncing feature, full compatibility with microswitches and resistance to contact bounce are ensured. Benefits include an enhanced trigger response, improved rate of fire, and reduced Mosfet heating.

The system enables programming of the following options
mosfet – optimizes trigger response speed and rate of fire by channeling power from the battery directly to the motor, bypassing mechanical contacts to minimize burnout risk
- active brake – extends component lifespan by preventing excess spring tension after firing
- intelligent trigger – allows adjustment for lower rate of fire in series shooting
- rate of fire adjustment – maintains realistic firing rates even with high-powered batteries
- 3-rd Burst mode – enables three-shot bursts for heightened realism
- configurable fire selector – select from 1 of 5 operational modes
