Gate system NanoHARD

The NanoHARD system engineered for integration with AEG replicas. A third-generation programmable unit featuring eight distinct functions, compatible with both standard and upgraded replicas.

Equipped with an intelligent fuse, the system shields the AEG replica’s wiring from risks such as overheating, overload, and short circuits. Thanks to its debouncing technology, the unit works flawlessly with microswitches and eliminates contact bounce, resulting in quicker trigger reaction, a higher rate of fire, and reduced mosfet temperatures. Certified weather resistance meets military standard MIL-V-173C, guaranteeing dependable performance even under the harshest operational circumstances.

Integrated safety mechanisms protect Li-Po batteries with voltages of 7.4V, 11.1V, and 14.8V from over-discharge, thus preventing potential battery damage. For use with alternative batteries, this protection should be switched off.

An auto-test function is included, providing a straightforward way to verify the system’s operational status.

Programming options available with the system
- Mosfet: enhances trigger responsiveness and firing rate by channeling energy directly from the battery to the motor, bypassing traditional contacts and thus safeguarding them from damage.
- Active brake with switchable on/off: minimizes component wear by eliminating excessive spring tension after firing.
